Booking Rental Cancellation conditions

Insurance?
Rental boats are according to Dutch law WA insured.
Rental at your own risk. The tennant is liable for theft, damage to the rented boat and it's accessoiries. Only insurance in case of collision to other parties (private) boat is insured.
Deposit rental boat / bike:
Deposit at ticketbox €50,-- per item (sloep 100,--), CASH ONLY. Online paid deposit is returned online
Late arrival check in
Ending timeslot is fixed and can not be changed
If there will be not enough time left to make the minimum boattour, booking is canceled without refund
Exceeding timeslot
Returning boat later than mentioned timeslot, extra time used is charged with a minimum of an hour rent
Cancellations dienen schriftelijk of per mail aan ons te worden doorgegeven
Inhoud artikel 9.5.2. van de UVH:
• more than 3 months before booked date constumer is not obliged to pay, 100% refund with the exception of €25,-- administration costs.
• more than 2 months before booked date constumer is obliged to pay 15% of the booking.
• more than 1 month before booked date constumer is obliged to pay 35% of the booking.
• more than 14 days before booked date constumer is obliged to pay 60% of the booking.
• more than 7 day's before booked date constumer is obliged to pay 85% of the booking.
• less than 7 day's no refund, 100% of the booking.
Obigations renter:
Renter declares to receive the booked boat in good condition. At the end of the rental period boat etc. needs to brought back as in the condition received otherwhise costs can be charged to renter.
Damage should be mentioned immediately to rental. Rent is at own risk, damage to the boat (incl. batteries, motor etc.), boat's of other persons/companies will be charged. Renter is fully liable for damage and costs,
Aansprakelijkheid:
De huurder is aansprakelijk voor schade en/of verlies van vaartuig en/of toebehoren, voor zover niet gedekt door de verzekering, gedurende de tijd dat hij het vaartuig onder zich heeft. Onder schade wordt tevens verstaan gevolgschade.
De huurder vrijwaart de verhuurder van alle schade van medepassagiers of derden, waarvoor de verhuurder op grond van de wet aansprakelijk mocht zijn en waarvoor door de WAverzekering
door de verhuurder geen dekking mocht worden gegeven.
De huurder vrijwaart de verhuurder van alle boetes, transacties en administratieve sancties e.d. die aan de verhuurder mochten worden opgelegd terzake van gedurende de huurtijd door de huurder en/of bestuurder en/of medepassagiers gepleegde misdrijven en overtredingen. Voor dergelijke boetes, transacties, administratieve sancties draagt de huurder in de verhouding tot de verhuurder en voor zover mogelijk ook extern, het volledige risico en de volledige verantwoordelijkheid en aansprakelijkheid. Dit is niet van toepassing indien de huurder bewijst dat de door de verhuurder verschuldigde bedragen een gevolg zijn van een defect aan de boot dat reeds aanwezig was bij de aanvang van de huur.
Van toepassing zijn de HISWA algemene voorwaarden huur en verhuur pleziervaartuigen.
Cancellation / money return? Cancellation is not free, no money return. Every change costs €10,-- per booking, per change AND if mailed 24 hours before to info@giethoornboeking.nl Rain is not a reason for cancellation = 100%. Cancellation less than 7 day's no refund, 100% of the booking. |
